The Aiphone IXGW-TGW is the cloud gateway adapter for Aiphone IX | IXG Series systems. It enables remote management, mobile app communication, cellular gateway functionality, and telephone calling from compatible door and entrance stations. It is a key component for commercial and multi-tenant installations that need remote visitor communication and door release from smartphones.

Mobile App & Remote Door Release

With the IXGW-TGW installed and properly configured, compatible IXG systems can use the IXG mobile app so authorized users can receive calls from visitors, communicate with them, and release connected doors while away from the property. This is particularly useful for offices, gated facilities, commercial properties and multi-tenant buildings where staff or tenants may not always be at a fixed answering station.

Remote Management & Cellular Backup

One IXGW-TGW gateway is required per remotely managed IX | IXG system. In systems that do not use remote management, up to 99 gateways can be supported. The optional activated cellular service can provide a 4G LTE primary or backup network connection and supports a single telephone number per tenant.
