See more of a large outdoor scene with one camera. The Eagle Eye DX01 (EN-CDUX-001a) is an NDAA-designated 180° panoramic bullet camera that stitches images from two 5 MP sensors into one 8 MP view. Its warm white light illuminators, built-in microphone and speaker, audio and alarm I/O, and IP66-rated metal housing make it a strong option for wide building elevations, parking areas, yards and other Austin-area commercial properties.
Why choose the DX01?
- Stitched 180° panorama: dual 2.8 mm lenses combine into a wide 8 MP image. The manufacturer lists up to 4608 × 1728 at 15 frames per second.
- One camera subscription: Eagle Eye specifies one subscription for this dual-sensor camera rather than separate subscriptions for each sensor. The subscription is purchased separately from the hardware.
- Warm white illumination: integrated 140-lumen visible-light illuminators, with a manufacturer-stated illumination range up to 20 m (65.6 ft). These are white lights, not infrared LEDs.
- Audio options: built-in microphone and speaker plus one external audio input and one external audio output; available functions depend on the selected VMS setup and site configuration.
- Physical I/O: one input and one output for a compatible site-specific event or device interface.
- PoE and IP66 housing: network power and weather resistance for a correctly installed outdoor camera.
- NDAA-designated SKU: Eagle Eye's DX01 datasheet names EN-CDUX-001a with the NDAA designation. Request project-specific compliance documentation when required.

Plan the view and recording before installation
A 180° panoramic image can reduce blind spots along a wide wall, but objects at a distance occupy fewer pixels than they would with a narrower camera. Set the mounting height and angle around the actual task: general awareness, vehicle activity, or identification at a defined point. Test the stitched image, night lighting, audio, I/O and network link at the installed location. Visible white lights may need different placement from infrared cameras to avoid glare and nuisance light.
Eagle Eye Cloud VMS service is required for Eagle Eye cloud recording and management and is not included with this camera hardware. Choose the compatible subscription, recording resolution and retention period for the site. A compatible Bridge or CMVR and network infrastructure may also be needed for the deployment. The SD card slot does not by itself include a card or cloud recording.
