The LCN 4040XPT is a heavy-duty, surface-mounted hydraulic door closer with a track arm for demanding commercial openings. It is designed for high-use applications where a low-profile track arm is preferred over a conventional projecting arm.

Track Arm Door Closer Applications

The 4040XPT is intended for commercial openings where a track-style arm is desired for appearance, clearance or hardware coordination. Depending on the exact configuration and template, the closer can be applied to compatible pull-side, top-jamb and push-side installations.

The standard 4040XPT package includes the closer cylinder, cover, track arm components, roller, track and mounting hardware. Optional configurations include bumper track, hold-open track, hold-open track with bumper, metal covers and installation plates.
